A bit of help with a modification on StreetFox

After having decided what exactly i want, i downloaded the plans for StreetFox and Warrior and i am planning my construction: basically a StreetFox with disc brakes.

I worry about a certain point on the frame: it is the junction of the "main boom" and the "seat tube". I simply do not want it to be fixed -- i want it to be modifiable. Initially i thought of this junction to be like the junction of the "main boom" and the "bottom bracket". But since i want the angle of the seat tube to be adjustable as well -and not only the position on the main boom-, i come up with this idea:


So, i'd like a couple of tips on that. Thank you very much.

Nope, bad idea (IMHO).
Put your seat in a carrier that swivels, with alternate positions for the seat-back to be stood-off the fixed rear spine, as shown below.

IMO an adjustable seat is really not necessary. Welding the seat post at a 45 degree angle works for most all people. Have built several an no complaints.
