    Those hand pedals are very easy to make from any standard plastic bicycle pedal.
    Just an angle grinder. Grind off the "wings", smooth our the edges, and you are done.

    After a year of grinding our a new main site, it has finally launched.
    Wow, it is a LOT easier to make a bike or trike!

    I also switched to HTTPS (secure), so this forum may have a few glitches....

    You could actually go with a single straight boom, but your cranks will end up much higher from the ground.
