Howdy gurus and zombies,

Just thought I'd share a couple pictures of my all-metal seat which has hinges for adjustments. They simply clamp on the frame using large bolts. I persuaded a guy from an auto upholstery to fabricate the cushions and to sew on velcro.

The original plans for the seat position was way too reclined for me.

That's all for now.

I know lots of people on here say don't worry about the weight but those look like they weigh a ton. But cool idea lets see how it looks on the bike.

Weren't the angles already adjustable just by putting washers under them? If nothing else you could have 2 sets of tabs per seat part. This would allow you to have a lot of adjustment in the angles of the seats without an extra frame.

Yes it might not be as quick to adjust as yours but it would only add about 1/8 of a pound.

Hiya David_s,

Yup, these seats weigh a ton and they are heavy duty. I forgot to give space for washers. The mounting brackets are such a tight fit that I need to grease the frame and then hammer the seat down. I'll use regular seat tabs next time.
