I like the idea of occasionally carrying a passenger on my vigilante, and having it look a bit more like a real motorcycle.

How would I go about building a passenger seat?

Examples in the wild with photos would be helpful.

A tiny seat on a well braced fat rear fender. Bolt it onto the fender. The sisy bar could probably be made out of 1/2 pipe. Just bolt it onto the wheel axles after crimping the tunes. Then have a hole drilled in them higher and bolt them to the sides of the fenders. This way you can make the sissy bar as tall as you need to. You can also make a back rest and bolt it onto there above the fender. Thanks. Jody

Has anyone just attached a comfy/oversized bike seat to the rear fender?

Where would the passenger rest her legs, and does that effect the driver's pedaling ability?

steal some bmx stunt pegs from the neighbor kid and mount them to the rear axle bolts.

"sissy bar"
i like the term "sensible barrier to keep your ass from hitting the pavement in an accident" bar myself.
