I'm considering using under seat steering on my Kyoto Cruiser. After browsing this section of the forum I can see:

It might be a good idea to mount the seats (at least the 'driver's' seat) a little higher to allow room for a head tube assembly without too much hacking
It might be a good idea to have a slightly greater mechanical advantage compared to the handlebars-between-knees arrangement since the under-seat placement looks likely to be limited in range of movement by the bars hitting the seat. How much change to the ratio? Is this unwise?
Anything else?

Why am I doing this? Well - I just don't like those giraffe handlebars.

Well, that looks swe-e-e-eet although I'm still a little concerned about the handlebar interfering with the stoker / has anybody actually built and ridden USS for Kyoto Cruiser?

Not sure but Danner built this (http://forum.atomiczombie.com/showthread.php?t=2807&highlight=danner) with USS!
